Sydenham Garden Well-being Centre

AZ Urban Studio has helped secure planning permission for a 100 SqM garden room, to be used by the charity (www.sydenhamgarden.org.uk) as both an administrative space and for horticulture training. Sydenham Garden is a well-being centre utilising its gardens, nature reserve and activity rooms to help people in their recovery from mental and physical ill-health. 

This is the second permission AZ Urban Studio have helped this SE1 based charity secure. Having previously secured planning permission for a genuinely massive greenhouse.  

On this occasion, AZ Urban Studio managed the planning applications from inception, including liaising with the LPA and managing all sub-consultants and designers.  The building is now complete, allowing the charity to continue to deliver services to the local community.
