Development planning

AZ Urban Studio secured planning permission at appeal for a small project in Lambeth. The development includes the amalgamation of the existing first and second-floor flats into a single maisonette and works to the rear, including the increase in size of the external terrace.

The original planning application was refused by Lambeth, who argued that the development would result in a loss of housing contrary to the Development Plan.  AZ Urban Studio managed the appeal and prepared the full statement of the case.
