As part of a team led by 5th Studio, AZ Urban Studio was appointed by the London Borough of Waltham Forest in February 2015, to prepare an integrated, place-shaping framework, for the area surrounding the proposed new Lea Bridge Road station.

AZ Urban Studio brought combined planning and development knowledge to the multi-disciplinary team, as well as our experience dealing with industrial land and areas of change. This ensured that the guidance was adequately based upon sound evidence and would be deliverable.
