AZ Urban Studio has assisted in securing planning permission to build an innovative family home on Kensington Church Walk.

The project on a constrained mixed-use site in the heart of Kensington involves the amalgamation of two existing flats. Groves Natcheva Architects delcate project retains much of the existing building, both protecting the existing context and reducing the impact on neighbours during construction. 

AZ Urban Studio was the agent for the planning application and provided planning and heritage support throughout the pre-application and application process. We provided advice pre-purchase.
