AZ Urban Studio have assisted in securing listed building consent for a major basement renovation and extension to a large grade II listed house on Lloyd Street, in Islington.

The proposed changes include remodelling of the basement and changes to the historic fabric to allow the creation or a more efficient and open kitchen, with a better relation to the existing garden. AZ Urban Studio prepared key supporting material including the Planning Statement and Heritage Assessment.

AZ Urban Studio worked closely with Haptic architects, who led the project.
